I am currently doing my intern at a startup. The thing with startup is that we won’t be given byte sized modules to code. The total project responsibility will be ours to be taken care of.While working in a project, and was obviously provided with a deadline and it was my responsibility to finish a whole website within the given time period.Being a beginner and everything that you learn is through self study and no one to guide (yes i am very well aware that i am in the wrong place) . I was really frustated and i can’t even implement a single page for the first three days . The reason behind is not to have a beginner’s mind and and i took me three days to figure it out . Since i had to complete the whole website i focussed on completing it as a whole and whenever a mistake happens i would delete everything thinking this wouldn’t work in the long run and i am already late.So after wasting considerable amount of time i realised something important, all i thought about building a website is that they will doing it in a single sitting. The most important thing that helped me recover from my mistake is that i should have focused on starting small and avoid those preconceptions that i had about top coders.
Instead focussing on what happens when you integrate two sections, we should focus on how to create a navbar that is responsive.
Thank you so much for reading my first blog.
